John could not have made the emotional journey of selling my parents house any easier. I had listed the house with another agent before and found the whole process stressful and very unpleasant. John had come recommended by a family friend and I must admit I was very skeptical.  I could not have asked for a better agent.  I never felt rushed or bullied into making any decisions. John respected my feelings and attachment to the house. He was always available to do whatever needed to be done.  He rolled up his sleeves and moved furniture, watered the lawn, and when  paperwork was needed from downtown he just went and took care of it. John worked very hard behind the scenes to get the house sold. He kept me informed of what I needed to know and did not burden me with what I did not need to know. He always did what he said he was going to do.  I trusted his judgement and character and he never disappointed me. The house sold, and the closing went thru without any problems. I credit John for that.
